Closing Date: Open until filledXCG is seeking a senior environmental professional with experience in environmental site assessment and remediation for our Kingston office.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 8 years experience in consulting engineering
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of current environmental regulations in Ontario
- A strong site assessment and remediation background
- Hold an appropriate professional designation for the Province of Ontario, such as Professional Engineer or Professional Geoscientist
- Knowledge and experience with municipal civil infrastructure projects
It is also essential that the candidate has a demonstrated ability to successfully market environmental consulting services to potential clients in Ontario. Knowledge and experience in the areas of designated substances and hazardous materials, air approvals, risk assessments, and environmental compliance auditing would also be an asset
