As XCG’s President, Tom is responsible for maintaining XCG’s strong financial health and positioning XCG for long-term growth. He is also responsible for maintaining and enabling a safe and professionally rewarding environment for all XCG staff. Tom will ensure that XCG fulfils its mission of providing excellence in consulting services and bringing value to our clients. He is a licensed engineer in Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta who has been active in the field of environmental consulting and engineering for more than 20 years. He has experience with all the practical soil and groundwater remediation methods, and has managed a wide variety of site clean-ups to meet the applicable Provincial and Federal Standards

Kevin is the Manager of XCG’s Kingston office and a Partner in the firm. After transferring from the XCG Kitchener office to the Kingston office in 1997, Kevin developed a successful ESA and Remediation Group in Kingston. As a senior environmental engineer, Kevin has a wide range of experience, including managing ESA, remediation, compliance auditing, air permitting and risk assessment (RA) projects. He also has considerable experience in the areas of waste disposal, water and wastewater treatment, and provision of expert witness services.

Grant has worked in the environmental consulting field since 1987. Following graduation from the University of Waterloo in Civil Engineering (Environmental and Water Resources Options), Grant joined XCG as a junior field engineer. Currently, Grant is a Partner in the firm and leads the Remediation and Risk Assessment Business Group at XCG. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Ontario and Alberta and is recognized as a Qualified Person by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. Through his over 20 years of experience, Grant has gained a wealth of varied site remediation experience, ranging from the standard dig-and-dump methods to oxygen enhanced bioremediation and in-situ chemical oxidation and has completed projects in eight Canadian provinces and Ten U.S. States. Grant is a designated Consulting Engineer in Ontario and sits on the Board of Directors of both the Ontario Environment Industry Association (ONEIA) and the Canadian Brownfields Network (CBN).
