Kevin is the Manager of XCG’s Kingston office and a Partner in the firm. After transferring from the XCG Kitchener office to the Kingston office in 1997, Kevin developed a successful ESA and Remediation Group in Kingston. As a senior environmental engineer, Kevin has a wide range of experience, including managing ESA, remediation, compliance auditing, air permitting and risk assessment (RA) projects.  He also has considerable experience in the areas of waste disposal, water and wastewater treatment, and provision of expert witness services.

As XCG’s Environmental Services (ES) Division Leader, Tom is responsible for maintaining XCG's strong financial health and positioning XCG for long-term growth. He is also responsible for maintaining an enabling, safe and professionally rewarding environment for all ES staff.  Tom is an XCG Partner and Director and as such will ensure that XCG fulfils its mission of providing excellence in consulting services and bringing value to our clients.  He is a licensed engineer in Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta who has been active in the field of environmental consulting and engineering for more than 20 years. He has experience with all the practical soil and groundwater remediation methods, and has managed a wide variety of site clean-ups to meet the applicable Provincial and Federal Standards.

Philip is the Water Division Manager responsible for the direction of XCG’s Municipal Infrastructure, Water/Wastewater and Water Resource groups.  His background in municipal infrastructure planning is supported by a background in modelling and systems analysis tools.  He was the principle responsible for establishing XCG’s Cincinnati, Ohio office spending six years working in the United States.  He continues to manage and direct a range of multi-disciplinary projects both in Canada and the United States assisting municipalities faced with challenging decisions related to the operation, maintenance and improvement of municipal services to meet today’s needs.

Grant has worked in the environmental consulting field since 1987. Following graduation from the University of Waterloo in Civil Engineering (Environmental and Water Resources Options), Grant joined XCG as a junior field engineer. Currently, Grant is a Partner in the firm and leads the Remediation and Risk Assessment Business Group at XCG. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Ontario and Alberta and is recognized as a Qualified Person by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. Through his over 17 years of experience, Grant has gained a wealth of varied site remediation experience, ranging from the standard dig-and-dump methods to oxygen enhanced bioremediation and in-situ chemical oxidation and has completed projects in eight Canadian provinces and Ten U.S. States.

Christine leads a large group of dedicated, resourceful and talented Municipal Services Staff located in our Oakville and Kingston Offices. Over the years at XCG, Christine has managed and played a key role on a large number of multi-disciplined projects ranging from water and wastewater planning studies to detailed design of municipal services.  More recently, she has assisted many municipalities in the development and implementation of extraneous flow or infiltration and inflow reduction plans including the detailed design and contract administration of the necessary repairs.  Christine is also active in the water industry and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Water Environment Association of Ontario.
