Air Emissions Assessment
Our qualified and knowledgeable staff have the technical expertise and the familiarity with relevant legislation to conduct small emissions reviews or undertake complex air quality monitoring programs. XCG assists clients in mediating negotiated compromises with regulatory agencies and developing methods to mitigate environmental impacts.
Some of the services XCG can provide include air quality characterization, impact assessment, modelling and preparation of Certificate of Approval (Air & Noise) applications.
Regulatory Compliance
XCG staff are familiar with the Ontario MOE's C of A (Air & Noise) process and the requirements of Ontario Regulation 419/05 Air Pollution - Local Air Quality. XCG assists clients in meeting the requirement of this regulation, as well as in applying for Certificates of Approval (Air & Noise). Expertise is provided in interpretation of air sampling results, air emissions inventories and dispersion modelling. XCG prepares Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Reports that meet regulatory requirements for current and future sources of air emissions.
