Solid Experience
XCG trainers/operators have solid experience in operator training, operation, maintenance and repair of components of water and wastewater faciliities. They have in-depth knowledge of Ontario's drinking water regulations and have significant experience in operator training and operating municipal and First Nations water and wastewater facilities. Because most of our trainers are former municipal employees, they have first hand knowledge of the operational, training, certification and safety issues associated with the day-to-day management of water and wastewater systems.
