Design

 

Detailed design services include:

 

  • Review of historical plan and profile drawings to determine constraints and opportunities
  • Coordination of topographic and engineering surveys
  • Development of base drawings
  • Development of drawings for existing conditions, proposed infrastructure and restorations
  • Integration of existing/historical and proposed
  • XCG’s engineers and technicians utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop the designs.

 

Contract Administration

Once your infrastructure has been designed and is ready to be constructed XCG can provide you with the Contract Administration Services to ensure construction is carried out with quality and timelessness.

  • Assistance during the tendering process
  • Review of contractor submissions such as Performance Bonds, WSIB Certificates, review of previous experience
  • Supply of dedicated or part-time Contract Administration
  • Supply, training and management of on-site inspectors
