With our professional staff and fully equipped surveying division, XCG is ready to complete surveying projects, including boundary, topographical, elevation, GPS control and mapping.
 

Land Planning

Land planning and development consulting is available from XCG for land use planning in the analysis and formulating of efficient land development plans. We are involved with integrating the proposed use according to community land use plans, zoning requirements; existing transportation and utility infrastructure, and the demand for infrastructure upgrades and expansion. Our experience includes effective interaction with planning and zoning commissions, regulatory authorities, and affected property owners.
