Upper Canada College (UCC) retained XCG to complete Designated Substances (DS) surveys (including mould) on two campus residences.
The Regional District of Nanaimo had planned to construct new infrastructure in the Regional District of Nanaimo Landfill. The infrastructure consisted of new berms facing Cedar Road, a new administration building near Cedar Road, and a new garage/truck wash facility near the south east portion of the site.

XCG Consultants Ltd. was contracted to complete Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for seven properties in the Greater Vancouver Area that were under consideration for purchase. The properties were each occupied by vehicle servicing centres and car wash facilities.
XCG Consultants Ltd. (XCG) was retained to conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) at the former Leggett & Platt Canada facility. The work was completed as part of a due diligence process undertaken by LPI prior to the sale of the site.
XCG Consultants Ltd. (XCG) was retained to undertake the necessary studies to assess and remediate a former manufacturing facility in Whitby, Ontario. XCG undertook a peer review of previous environmental reports, developed a remedial action plan, and completed a Phase One and Phase Two ESA in accordance with O. Reg. 153/04.
