Erica Gray

Erica is one of XCG’s Expert People. She’s a Project Manager and leader within the Environmental Site Assessment and Risk Assessment Group based in XCG’s Kingston office and has been helping clients solve environmental issues with XCG since 2008. Erica’s areas of specialization include: Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Remediation, Site Specific Risk Assessments (SSRAs), Risk Assessments (RAs), Records of Site Condition (RSCs), conducting corporate compliance pre-acquisition audits, property decommissioning, and hydrogeological investigations.

Erica currently manages a number of remediation and risk assessment projects at high profile brownfield sites in Kingston and the surrounding area. She has conducted numerous Phase I and Phase II ESAs for a variety of private and municipal corporations using the CSA Standard Z768-01 and O.Reg. 153/04 standards and has been a risk assessor in numerous Tier 3 RAs prepared in accordance with O.Reg. 153/04, as well as completing numerous Screening Level RAs for due diligence purposes for industrial and commercial clients.

Her extensive experience combined with her great understanding and connection with XCG’s clients are why she maintains strong relationships and always seeks to find the right solutions for their business needs. Erica is a valued member of the XCG #ExpertPeople team who also finds lots of time for her two young daughters and in the warm weather can be found out in her gardens ‘knee deep’ in soil growing everything from flowers to an array of vegetables - often baking up special treats for her family.
